Student Checkout

Parents and guardians who need to check out a student before the end of the school day should report to the Santa Rita Middle School front office.

To check out a student:

  • The individual must be an approved parent or guardian authorized to pick up the student.
  • A valid photo ID must be presented at the front office.
  • Campus staff will verify the individual's identity and authorization before releasing the student.

 

Early Checkout Cutoff

To help ensure an orderly and safe dismissal, student checkouts generally end 45 minutes before the final bell. Exceptions may be made for emergencies.

Please allow adequate time for staff to locate the student and complete the checkout process, particularly during passing periods, lunches, testing, or other campus activities.
